#### 130 Purpose of Division It is the purpose of this Division to provide the means whereby the Regulator may monitor the extent of compliance by a body corporate that is a life company or registered NOHC with: (a) this Act; and (b) directions given under this Act; and (c) conditions on the registration of the body.
