#### 8 Applications for transfer of licences 8 Applications for transfer of licences > > (1) This section applies to any licence that, pursuant to the relevant licensing legislation, may be transferred. > > > (2) An application for the transfer of a licence may be made to the relevant licensing authority by the licensee, together with the proposed transferee, at any time while the licence is in force. > > > (3) The proposed transferee may be any individual aged 18 years or more, any partnership or other association whose members are all individuals aged 18 years or more or any corporation.
