#### 26 Evidentiary certificates 26 Evidentiary certificates > > (1) A certificate that is issued by a licensing authority and that states that, on a specified date or during a specified period— > > > > > (a) a specified person was or was not a licensee under a specified licence or under a licence of a specified kind, or > > > > > (b) a specified person’s licence was or was not in specified terms, or > > > > > (c) a specified person’s licence was or was not subject to specified conditions, or > > > > > (d) a specified person’s licence was or was not suspended or cancelled, > > > > is admissible in legal proceedings as evidence of the matters so stated. > > > (2) This section is in addition to any provision of the relevant licensing legislation with respect to evidentiary certificates.
