#### 13 Application fees 13 Application fees > > (1) An applicant must make provision, as required by the relevant licensing authority, for paying any fees payable under the relevant licensing legislation in connection with the application. > > > (2) In the case of an application made by means of electronic communication, any processing fee that is otherwise payable in respect of the application— > > > > > (a) is to be reduced by $5, or > > > > > (b) is to be reduced by 10 per cent, and rounded to the nearest whole dollar, > > > > whichever results in the greater reduction.
