Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This compilation records the Licence Area Plan for Swan Hill (radio) together with endnotes that explain the compilation, an abbreviation key, and the legislation and amendment history. It lists the original plan and later variations (notably 1997, 2016 and consequential 2017 amendments). This matters to Swan Hill radio licence holders, prospective applicants and the regulator because it fixes the operative text, commencement dates and the history of changes that determine where and how a licence applies.
