Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument is the Licence Area Plan for Bundaberg radio: it sets the authorised geographic coverage and technical planning framework that Bundaberg broadcasters and spectrum planners must follow. It affects licence‑holders, broadcasters and the communications regulator by defining what transmissions are permitted and what technical arrangements must be met.

The record shows amendments in 2011, 2017 (consequential to technical planning guidelines) and 2019. Those variations adjust planning obligations and create administrative and compliance tasks for licence‑holders and the regulator.
