SCHEDULE 1 - Meetings of Redis SCHEDULE 1 - Meetings of Redistribution Committee
1. [Schedule 1 Amended by No. 31 of 1998, s. 46, Applied:28 Jul 1998] The chairperson of the Redistribution Committee may convene a meeting of the Redistribution Committee at any time.
2. The chairperson of the Redistribution Committee must preside at all meetings of the Committee.
3. A question arising at a meeting of the Redistribution Committee is to be determined by a majority of the votes of the members.
4. The Redistribution Committee may –
(a) regulate the conduct of proceedings at its meetings as it thinks fit; and
(b) establish sub-committees to assist it; and
(c) inform itself on any matter in such manner as it thinks fit; and
(d) consult with such persons as it thinks fit.
