5 Redistribution Committee
[Section 5 Substituted by No. 31 of 1998, s. 27, Applied:28 Jul 1998]
(1) The Redistribution Committee consists of 3 members of whom –
(a) [Section 5 Subsection (1) amended by No. 53 of 2004, Sched. 1, Applied:16 Feb 2005] one is the Electoral Commissioner who is to be chairperson of the Committee; and
(b) one is the Surveyor-General; and
(c) one is a person nominated by the Australian Statistician.
(2) Schedule 1 has effect in relation to the meetings of the Committee.
