32 Improper influence
[Section 32 Amended by No. 38 of 2023, s. 69, Applied:01 Jul 2024] A person must not improperly seek to influence a member of the Redistribution Committee or the Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission in the performance of his or her duties under this Act.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 12 months, or both.
