29K Reasons for transition determination made by Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission

(1) [Section 29K Subsection (1) amended by No. 38 of 2023, s. 65, Applied:01 Jul 2024] The Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission may state, in writing, the reasons for the determination made by it under section 29A .
(2) [Section 29K Subsection (2) amended by No. 38 of 2023, s. 65, Applied:01 Jul 2024] A member of the Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission who disagrees with the determination may state in writing the reasons for his or her disagreement.
(3) [Section 29K Subsection (3) amended by No. 38 of 2023, s. 65, Applied:01 Jul 2024] [Section 29K Subsection (3) inserted by No. 74 of 2009, s. 12, Applied:07 Dec 2009] The Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission is to publish any reasons stated under subsections (1) and (2) on a website.
