29D Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission to make initial transition proposal
[Section 29D Amended by No. 38 of 2023, s. 58, Applied:01 Jul 2024] [Section 29D of Part 2 Inserted by No. 31 of 1998, s. 45, Applied:28 Jul 1998] As soon as practicable after the hearing is held, the Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission is to make an initial transition proposal in respect of the new Council divisions determined under section 25 .
