### 16 Summary of initial redistribution proposal
> On the publication of the notice referred to in [section 15](#GS15@EN) [(1)](#GS15@Gs1@EN) [(c)](#GS15@Gs1@Hpc@EN) , the Redistribution Committee may, whether by issuing a statement to the media or otherwise, give public notification of a summary of the essential features of the initial redistribution proposal to which the notice relates.
