Tasmania act
This short Act authorises the Public Account to meet the costs of administering the Legislative Council Electoral Boundaries Act 1995 and assigns responsibility for the Act to the Minister for Justice and the Department of Justice until an Administrative Arrangements order says otherwise. It matters to the Treasurer (who funds administration), the Minister/department (who runs it) and anyone carrying out boundary work, because it fixes who pays and who is administratively responsible and removes the need for a separate appropriation.
