#### 16 Reports as to the Committee’s operations 16 Reports as to the Committee’s operations > > (1) The Committee shall furnish a report to both Houses of Parliament as soon as possible after the first 2 years after the commencement of this Act. > > > (2) The report shall relate to the past and current activities of the Committee (however constituted) and the past and current arrangements concerning its operations. > > > (3) The report may include such recommendations respecting the future activities of the Committee (however constituted) and arrangements as it thinks appropriate.
