#### 9 Classes of legislative instruments that are not subject to disallowance
For paragraph 44(2)(b) of the Act, section 42 of the Act (disallowance of legislative instruments) does not apply to a legislative instrument in a class of legislative instruments referred to in an item of the following table.
> Note: The inclusion of a kind of instrument in the table does not imply that every instrument of that kind is a legislative instrument (see subsection 44(3) of the Act).
