Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This certificate postpones the automatic repeal (sunsetting) of the Competition and Consumer (Industry Code—Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat)) Regulation 2014, so the regulation stays in force until 1 October 2026 rather than 1 October 2024. It therefore keeps in place the regulatory obligations that apply to the persons and businesses covered by that industry code (those involved in bulk‑wheat port terminal access), extending any compliance costs and contractual effects for a further two years.
