110 Collections of laws (1) If the parliamentary counsel authorises under this Act the republication of 2 or more laws in a collection, this chapter applies to each of the laws in the collection as if it were republished separately. (2) This section does not prevent the use of— (a) a single contents for the collection; or (b) information applying to 2 or more laws in the collection.

Part 11.2 Substantive amendments made by laws Part 11.2 Substantive amendments made by laws 111 Incorporation of amendments (1) This section applies to a law if the law has been amended by another law by the omission, insertion, substitution, renumbering or relocation of provisions. (2) An authorised republication of the law must show the law as amended by all amendments that commenced on or before the day stated in the republication as the republication date. (3) This section does not prevent an authorised republication of the law showing the law as it would be amended by amendments that have not commenced on or before the republication date if the republication indicates, in a suitable place, that the amendments have not commenced.
