107 Definitions—ch 11 law means an Act or statutory instrument, whether or not it has been amended, and includes— (a) a collection of 2 or more Acts or statutory instruments; or (b) all or part of an agreement or other instrument that has the force of law or is in, or attached to, an Act or statutory instrument. republication means a republication of a law.
