105 Referring to provisions of laws In an ACT law, a provision of a law may be referred to by reference to the provision of the law in which it is contained. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 10 of an Act may be referred to by reference to the section, subsection and paragraph, that is, as section 10 (2) (b).
