#### 61 Legislative instrument and notifiable instrument amendments by regulations under this Act (1) A regulation under this Act may amend a legislative instrument or notifiable instrument. (2) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) may include amendments providing for any matters of a transitional nature (including saving or application provisions) that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for amendments of the instrument concerned. (3) Before the Governor‑General makes a regulation for the purposes of subsection (1) amending an instrument, the Attorney‑General must be satisfied that the rule‑maker for the instrument has agreed to the amendment.
