#### 48AA Simplified outline of this Part A legislative instrument or notifiable instrument (or provision) that only repeals or amends another instrument, or provides for its commencement, is itself automatically repealed. Regulations made under this Act may repeal a legislative instrument or notifiable instrument (or provision) if the Attorney‑General is satisfied that the instrument (or provision) to be repealed is spent or is no longer required.
