#### 37 The purpose of the Part The purpose of this Part is to facilitate the scrutiny by the Parliament of registered legislative instruments and to set out the circumstances and manner in which such instruments, or provisions of such instruments, may be disallowed, as well as the consequences of such disallowance. > Note: Some legislative instruments are not disallowable (see section 44).
