Schedule 1—Summary of application of these Directions

Note: This Schedule sets out an overarching summary of how these Directions apply. It is not a complete statement of the persons and bodies who are subject to these Directions: see Division 2 of Part 1. In the case of an inconsistency between this Schedule and a direction mentioned in column 2 of the table below, the direction prevails.

• 5 A person or body who is:(a) mentioned in subsection 55ZG(1) of the Act; and(b) appointed by the Attorney-General under section 63 of the Act to receive service. Sections 115 and 116.

Note: For items 1 and 2, some of the provisions listed in column 2 apply to the accountable authority of the entity as well as, or instead of, the entity itself.
