86 Simplified outline—who must comply with this Part?
This Part applies to the following persons and bodies:
(a) an entity;
(b) the accountable authority of an entity;
(c) a Minister of the Commonwealth.
Entity means a non-corporate Commonwealth entity, and the corporate Commonwealth entities mentioned in paragraph 7(1)(a).
