8 The Attorney-General may grant exemptions and modifications
(1) The Attorney-General may:
(a) exempt a person or body from compliance with one or more of these Directions; or
(b) modify the application of these Directions to a person or body.
(2) The Attorney-General may impose conditions on an exemption or modification.
(3) These Directions do not apply to a person or body to the extent set out in the exemption or modification, provided they comply with any conditions imposed under subsection (2).
