72  Content of briefs—rates

  An engaging entity must either:

 (a) mark briefs with an hourly rate up to a maximum daily rate inclusive of conferences, consultations, preparation and other necessary work; or

 (b) mark a “fee on brief” (inclusive of preparation time), if it considers this more economical than paying a fee based on counsel’s agreed hourly or daily rate.
