34 Purpose of this Part
The purpose of this Part is to ensure that entities report legal issues that are significant to the Attorney-General. Reporting gives the Attorney-General (through OLSC) visibility of the most important legal issues affecting the Commonwealth, as a means of ensuring that they are managed consistently, effectively, and in accordance with government policy.
