30 Sharing advice with the Attorney-General
An entity must, upon request and subject to any legislative restriction, give the Attorney-General a copy of any legal advice it has.
Note: Legal professional privilege is not waived by providing advice to the Attorney‑General in accordance with these Directions: see subsection 55ZH(4) of the Act.
