29 Resolving disagreements about interpretation of legislation
(1) The requesting entity and administering entity must, so far as possible, resolve any disagreement as to the correct interpretation of legislation by negotiation.
(2) If an entity seeks further advice from the Solicitor-General to resolve the matter, it must refer the issue to OLSC.
