28 Responsibility of administering entity upon consultation
If an administering entity is consulted in accordance with this Part, it must carefully consider the advice to determine whether it indicates any ambiguity or other issue in the legislation that may require the administering entity to take remedial action (such as proposing a legislative amendment to the responsible Minister).
