27  Exception to consultation requirement—written agreements

  A requesting entity need not comply with section 23 where:

 (a) it has a written agreement with the administering entity setting out alternative sharing and consultation arrangements, which is designed to operate in place of section 23; and

 (b) OLSC has been notified of that agreement; and

 (c) the requesting entity complies with the arrangements.
