20  Tied work not performed by tied providers: entities must give copies of advice to OLSC

 (1) If:

 (a) a legal services provider is approved to undertake tied work under section 18; and

 (b) in the course of doing the work, the provider prepares an advice relating to tied work for an entity;

that entity must, upon request, give a copy to OLSC in an electronically searchable form.

 (2) OLSC may give the advice to any tied provider of the relevant category of legal work.
