17 Briefing counsel and other legal experts
An entity may only brief counsel or another legal expert (such as an academic) on tied work through, and with the agreement of:
(a) AGS; or
(b) the Attorney‑General’s Department, in respect of areas where the Department undertakes tied work; or
(c) the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, in respect of work covered by paragraphs (a) to (d) of the definition of public international law work.
