119  Obligations incurred before commencement

  If:

 (a) before the repeal of the Legal Services Directions 2017, something occurred that required action to be taken under a provision of those directions; and

 (b) the action had not been taken before the commencement of these Directions;

then the action must be taken under the corresponding provision of these Directions.

Note: Examples of such actions include reporting, giving notice of, or seeking approval of matters.
