118  Processes begun before commencement

 A process that:

 (a) was begun under a provision of the Legal Services Directions 2017 before its repeal; and

 (b) was not completed by the commencement of these Directions;

is to be treated, on and after that commencement, as if it had been begun under the corresponding provision of these Directions.

Note: Examples of such processes include consulting a Minister or entity, or referring a decision to a Minister.
