114  Contractual provisions regarding penalties for non-compliance with these Directions

  A Commonwealth agency must ensure that each contract it enters for legal services provides for the imposition of appropriate penalties in the event of a failure to comply with these Directions to which the legal services provider has contributed, including the termination of the contract in an appropriate case.

Note: Commonwealth agency is defined in section 4 to mean a non-corporate Commonwealth entity, a corporate Commonwealth entity or a Commonwealth company.
