13 Exemptions from complying with Directions
13.1 The Attorney‑General may decide, in relation to a particular non‑corporate Commonwealth entity or other body, that it: (a) is not required to comply with some or all of the Directions, or (b) is to comply with modified obligations. 13.2 If the Attorney‑General makes a decision under paragraph 13.1, the Attorney‑General is to notify the entity or body about the decision.
