#### 92 Costs Assessment Rules Committee 92 Costs Assessment Rules Committee > > (1) There is to be a Costs Assessment Rules Committee consisting of the following persons appointed by the Chief Justice of New South Wales— > > > > > (a) a Judge of the Supreme Court, > > > > > (b) a Judge of the District Court nominated by the Chief Judge of the District Court, > > > > > (c) a barrister nominated by the Bar Council, > > > > > (d) a solicitor nominated by the Law Society Council, > > > > > (e) a person nominated by the NSW Commissioner, > > > > > (f) costs assessors chosen by the Chief Justice. > > > (2) The Committee has any of the functions conferred or imposed on the Committee by or under this or any other Act. > > > (3) The Committee is to regulate its own proceedings for the calling of meetings and the conduct of its business. > > > (4) The Manager, Costs Assessment is the Secretary of the Committee. > > > (5) Any amount payable from the Public Purpose Fund under section 53 for the purpose of meeting the costs of the Committee is to be paid to the Treasurer for credit of the Consolidated Fund. > > **ss 90–92:** Subst 2015 No 7, Sch 1 \[27\].
