#### 90 Effect of appeal on review panel decision 90 Effect of appeal on review panel decision > > (1) If an appeal against a decision of a review panel under section 89 or an application for leave under that section in relation to a determination by a costs assessor is pending in the District Court, either the review panel or the District Court may suspend the operation of the determination or the decision. > > > (2) The review panel or the District Court may end a suspension made by the review panel.
