#### 88 Certificate as to determination of costs of review panel 88 Certificate as to determination of costs of review panel > > (1) On a review of a costs assessor’s determination, a review panel may separately determine— > > > > > (a) the amount of the costs incurred by the review panel or the Manager, Costs Assessment in the course of the review, and > > > > > (b) the costs related to the remuneration of the costs assessors who constitute the review panel, and > > > > > (c) by whom those costs are payable and the extent to which they are so payable. > > > (2) If the review panel makes such a determination, the panel is to issue a certificate that sets out the determined costs. > > > (3) Section 71(3) applies to a certificate issued by a review panel under this section in the same way as it applies to a certificate issued by a costs assessor under section 71. > > **ss 85–88:** Subst 2015 No 7, Sch 1 \[27\].
