> In this Part—
>
> costs assessor means a person appointed to be a costs assessor under section 93C.
>
> ordered costs means costs payable under an order or rule of a court or tribunal.
>
> review panel means a review panel referred to in section 82.
>
> Uniform Law costs means legal costs referred to in Division 7 of Part 4.3 of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) and (without limitation) legal costs referred to in section 65 of this Act.
