#### 30 Delegation of functions of Bar Council 30 Delegation of functions of Bar Council > > (1) The Bar Council may delegate any of its functions under this Act (other than this power of delegation) or the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) to any of its committees, to an officer of the Bar Association or to an employee of the Bar Association. > > > (2) For the purposes of this section, the functions of the Bar Council under the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) include any functions delegated to the Bar Council under that Law. > > Note. > > Section 406 of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) provides that a local regulatory authority may delegate its functions under that Law to an entity prescribed by jurisdictional legislation.
