29 Functions of Bar Council
In addition to its other functions, the Bar Council may exercise functions conferred or imposed on it or the Bar Association—
(a) by the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW), or
(b) by this Act, or
(c) as delegate of the NSW Commissioner.
