#### 154 Quashing of disciplinary action 154 Quashing of disciplinary action > > (1) If disciplinary action is quashed on appeal or review, any reference to that disciplinary action must be removed from the Register of Disciplinary Action. > > > (2) If disciplinary action is quashed on appeal or review after the action was publicised by the NSW Commissioner or a Council under section 153, the result of the appeal or review must be publicised with equal prominence by the Commissioner or Council.
