#### 141 Nature of allegations 141 Nature of allegations > > (1) A disciplinary application in respect of a complaint cannot be challenged on the ground that the allegations contained in the application do not deal with all of the matters raised in the complaint or deal differently with matters raised in the complaint or deal with additional matters. > > > (2) This section applies whether the allegations were included in the disciplinary application as made to the Tribunal or were included by way of variation of the application.
