115 Establishment of Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund
> > (1) The Law Society must maintain and manage a Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund.
>
> > (2) The Fidelity Fund consists of—
> >
> > > (a) all money (including invested money) forming part of the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund under the [Legal Profession Act 2004](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2004-112) immediately before the commencement of this section, and
> >
> > > (b) the money paid on account of the Fidelity Fund as annual contributions or as levies under Part 4.5 of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a), and
> >
> > > (c) the interest or other income accruing from investment of the money in the Fidelity Fund, and
> >
> > > (d) money paid to the Fidelity Fund from the Public Purpose Fund, and
> >
> > > (e) any other money lawfully paid to the Fidelity Fund.

> > (3) The amount of an annual contribution or levy under Part 4.5 of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-16a) requires the approval of the Attorney General despite that Part.

> > (4) The Fidelity Fund is the property of the Law Society and is to be applied in accordance with this Part.
