#### 80 Notice to be given where certain legal services not covered by insurance 80 Notice to be given where certain legal services not covered by insurance > > (1) A law practice which, or an Australian legal practitioner who, provides legal services outside Australia to a client based in Australia when those services are not covered by professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the Uniform Law and these Rules must give written notice to the client of that fact. > > > (2) A notice under subrule (1) must be given before the legal services are provided.
