#### 58 When, how and where money is received 58 When, how and where money is received > > (1) For the purposes of section 153 of the Uniform Law, the Legal Services Council may enter into arrangements (protocols) with local regulatory authorities and corresponding authorities about either or both of the following— > > > > > (a) determining the jurisdiction where a law practice receives trust money, > > > > > (b) sharing information about whether, and (if so) how, trust money is being dealt with under the Uniform Law or a corresponding law. > > > (2) For the purposes of these Rules, to the extent that the protocols are relevant, the jurisdiction where a law practice receives trust money must be determined in accordance with the protocols. > > > (3) The Legal Services Council may enter into arrangements that amend, revoke or replace a protocol.
