#### 30 Provisions relating to notices 30 Provisions relating to notices > For the purposes of section 104(5) of the Uniform Law, a notice under section 104 of that Law— > > > (a) must comply with the requirements of rule 28 or 29, as the case requires, and > > > (b) may be given on behalf of a law practice by a principal of the law practice or by a person authorised to do so by a principal of the law practice.
