#### 107 Delegation of Legal Services Council’s functions 107 Delegation of Legal Services Council’s functions > > (1) For the purposes of section 397 of the Uniform Law, the Legal Services Council may delegate any of its functions to the Chair of the Council or the Commissioner for Uniform Legal Services Regulation or both. > > > (2) Subrule (1) does not apply to the Council’s functions under the following provisions of the Uniform Law— > > > > > (a) section 396 (Functions of Council in relation to Commissioner), and > > > > > (b) section 419 (Power to make Uniform Rules).
